We do offer onsite visits from 1-5 days.  On-site visits lay a strong foundation for ongoing coaching, making subsequent sessions more effective and aligned with the client’s goals.   Clients can see immediate changes and improvements, building momentum for further coaching and strategy sessions. 

Many of our clients will leverage these visits not only for coaching on issues but use our consultants as neutral third parties to run offsite quarterly or annual leadership meetings so all members of the team can participate rather than try to balance mediating the meeting as well.
