Tim started the business in July 2024 and asked his father, Ryan, to join him with the idea that between the 2x of them there is over 60 years experience in different fields, leadership and developmental experience.

Tim McFeaters
As an Integrator/General Manager , I have overseen the daily operations and performance of a electrical, plumbing and HVAC service company with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality standards, and financial goals. With more than 10 years of experience in various roles and industries, I have developed a versatile skill set that includes customer relationship management, problem solving, direct sales, project management, and team leadership.
I have focused my development surrounding EOS and its implementation using their tools and leveraging DISC and Color Code personality tests to showcase the teams strengths and opportunities.
As a consultant Tim has a wealth of knowledge in construction, agriculture and the trades; though his skill set will help any business develop their leadership team and path to success.
Ryan McFeaters
Ryan is a seasoned business veteran with over three decades of experience encompassing aircraft sales, electrical engineering, and military service. He began his career with the United States Air Force, where he specialized in electrical engineering, demonstrating leadership and technical skills .
Transitioning to the private sector, Ryan excelled receiving his MBA and moving into aircraft sales. For 24 years, becoming a trusted advisor in the aviation industry through his adept negotiation skills and deep technical knowledge.
Recognizing the evolving business landscape, Ryan shifted his focus to consultancy, leveraging his extensive background to help companies optimize operations and achieve sustainable growth. His career is marked by a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and community engagement. As a consultant, Ryan continues to deliver strategic insights and mentorship, embodying resilience and a relentless pursuit of impactful outcomes for his clients.
